Stephanie and her team at Paradise Tours are amazing. We have used them several times. Every time was beyond our expectations.
The first time we used Paradise Tours was for our wedding. I contacted Stephanie months before our June wedding and she was eager and helpful. She made all my stress go away. She responded to all my emails within a few hours each time even over the weekend. We had 82 people come to Mexico for our wedding at the Omni.
Everyone used Paradise Tours transportation when they arrived in Cancun to get to the Omni hotel about an hour ride away. We received tons of compliments about the airport transportation. The booking process was so easy just a quick email with your flight and your contact info. They were on time, friendly, professional, organized, and easy to spot when coming out of the airport.
Most of our guests came down for the week. Stephanie and I planned outings to Garden of Eden Cenote, Xpu-ha beach club for my bachelorette party, Tulum ruins, Akumal beach and La Buena Vida restaurant. they provided all the transportation for all of our events. Our drivers were nice and kind. On average we had 30 guests go on the outings. The was cost very affordable.
We never had any issues and the drivers and Stephanie were incredible flexible and accommodating. My husband booked the Tulum outing the morning he wanted to go. We decided after Akumal beach we wanted to go to La Buena Vida to eat and they accommodated us. Our driver made three trips back and fourth at the last minute from the beach to the restaurant then eventual to the hotel. On average we had two to three vans full of our guests.
